How can we make virtual influencer content creation more efficient?
Jade & Zelda is an innovative startup creating a unique virtual influencer IP. Their website showcases a seamless 360° digital product suite, empowering brands to effortlessly schedule media buys ahead of time.
Yet, as the team pushed to keep up with the demands of a fast-moving digital landscape, they hit a major roadblock: Creating content of their virtual influencer using traditional 3D workflows. Every outfit change, background design, and rendered image or video for social media campaigns required hours of painstaking work and significant expense. For a brand built on agility and creativity, this slow, costly process was holding them back.

Virtual Influencer Model Training & Fine-tuning
We collaborated with Jade & Zelda’s 3D team and created a curated dataset based on the original 3D file. By fine-tuning large pre-trained FLUX image models using the LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) method, we developed a custom Chef Jade LoRA for both image and video generation.
We thoroughly documented each training result, allowing us to optimize dataset size and captioning for improved performance.
Prompt Guidance & Test Output
Our LoRA model is carefully fine-tuned to preserve Jade’s iconic brown hair with a side braid, while providing the Jade & Zelda team with the flexibility to easily customize her outfits through prompts.
